You may had this happen if you pasted your email into the Infusionsoft template and then went on to formatting.
Or you’ve tried typing your bulleted list directly into the email template and you can’t get the fonts to be the font and size you want them to be!
Want to know how to easily and smoothly have a bulleted list?
There are a couple of options. First, you can drag in a paragraph snippet for the body of the text above the bullets, then another snippet for the bulleted text, and finally a third paragraph snippet for the text after the bullets. This is probably the easiest and most consistent way to do it.
But if you don’t want to have all the separate snippets (like me) there’s still a solution. Here’s what I do to get clean looking bullets while still using only one paragraph snippet:
- Paste the text above where the bullets will be
- Paste the text below where the bullets will be
- Paste the bulleted items (without bullets)
- Highlight the bulleted items and select the bullet formatting
Voila! Make sure you’ve got a space between the paragraphs and the lists or you may run into the same problem! Now…this isn’t always 100% guaranteed. Sometimes you need to just bullet the first item, then go to the second item, backspace up to the first and put in a return, etc.
I know it seems a bit crazy!! Hopefully this will help you to not pull out all your hair!
